Chef James Cochran X Bleecker one-night-only

We’re back with another unmissable chef collab, and this time, we’re teaming up with the incredible James Cochran!

Revered chef and restaurateur, James Cochran has extensive industry experience, which includes working at the world-renowned, Michelin-starred, The Ledbury, Michelin-starred gastropub The Harwood Arms, and his own celebrated flagship restaurant 12:51 in Islington (now closed).

James utilises his mixed heritage from St. Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow, Scotland, to create exciting, flavour-packed dishes that showcase his love of invention, and respect for locally-sourced produce.

He was famously awarded a coveted starter course win on the BBC’s prestigious Great British Menu in 2018.

James is now set to launch his first ‘pub’ venture - taking the reins in the kitchen and overseeing the food menus at the recently refurbed and renamed ‘The Brave’ bistro-pub on Essex Road, Islington - located just five minutes’ away from 12:51.
