We’re excited to announce our next one-night-only collaboration – this time with the award-winning Chef Abby Lee and her Michelin-listed Malaysian restaurant, Mambow.
Born in Singapore to Malaysian parents, Abby grew up eating her grandmother’s Assam Pedas and street food from local stalls before training at Le Cordon Bleu and cooking in a Michelin-starred kitchen in Italy.
Her restaurant Mambow, now based in Clapton, is one of the most celebrated – Michelin Bib Gourmand, Time Out’s #1 restaurant in London, and Condé Nast Traveller’s top new restaurant.
For one night only, she’s bringing her deeply personal, Malaysian cooking to Bleecker.
On Wednesday 1st July 2026, at Bleecker Bloomberg for a one-night-only collaboration. Expect a brand-new burger and fries, built the Bleecker way with Mambow’s signature flavour.

Crunch, heat, sweetness, that buttery hit of curry. Fries are a side, but that’s an understatement for these. These could be the star.

This collaboration isn’t just about the food – it’s also about giving back.
All profits from the special menu on the night will be donated to @medicalaidpal, delivering emergency medical aid, nutrition support, and vital healthcare to Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon.
