Bleecker Camden – Coming Soon!

We’re delighted to announce that we will be bringing our award-winning beef to Camden this summer! The newest location at 45-46 Middle Yard, Camden Lock Place, NW1 8AF opens its doors this summer 2026, right in the heart of Camden Lock Market.

Set in one of London’s most iconic and individual neighbourhoods, Bleecker Camden reflects everything we stand for: bold flavour, deep integrity, and independent spirit. Camden’s market, canal and music heritage have long drawn people who do things differently, and that’s exactly the crowd Bleecker was built for.

Fourteen years on, Bleecker remains fully independent. There are no outside investors, every new site, including Camden, is self-funded, built for our team and our burger fans.

Zan Kaufman, MD and founder of Bleecker, shares:

“I am currently on site in Camden Lock Market, building our 10th Bleecker.

I’m still feeling the same butterflies I felt at Old Spitalfields 11 years ago when we opened our first site. So much is the same, like our food and menu, but much has changed and developed, as we have brought new people into the team and worked towards our vision of an equal world where Bleecker is the best burger. “

At Bleecker, the menu all starts with the British beef which comes from a cooperative of regenerative farms, where native breeds like Dexter, Hereford and South Devon are grass-fed on a natural diet. Once the cattle leave the farm, our butcher Aubrey Allen ages the beef on the bone for a minimum of 40 days, drawing out moisture and deepening the flavour. The result is beef with real depth. Rich, tender, and the foundation of every burger served, now officially recognised as the best in the world.

Of course, no Bleecker meal is complete without Fries (or Angry Fries, if you like heat) and a shake, the indulgent kind you don’t want to share.

Alongside the new restaurant, Bleecker Camden also launches a new North London delivery zone, extending delivery for the first time to Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, Highgate, Archway, Holloway and Arsenal.

Zan added, “Camden opens in late summer. We are looking forward to welcoming our old customers and some new ones too.

I am proud that we have remained independent as we have expanded.

As we started, and as we are now – Commitment to the Burger!”

This is our tenth site and marks the next step in 14 years of steady, intentional growth. We are levelling up not just in size, but in experience, with a renewed focus on warm, personal service and a guest-first ethos.

We can’t wait to welcome you there!
