Introducing Dough Hands. 3rd December from 5pm, Bleecker Seven Dials Market.

Bleecker x Dough Hands

Hannah Drye, chef and founder of Dough Hands, holding a pizza

We’re excited to announce our next one-night collab, this time with chef Hannah Drye and her pizza brand, Dough Hands.

Crispy, blistered pizzas are the Dough Hands MO. Founded by Hannah, Dough Hands started as a Brixton market stall in 2020 and has since built a loyal following at pub residencies, currently The Spurstowe Arms near London Fields and All My Friends in Hackney Wick.

Hannah learned to sling dough at Pizzaface in Brighton, and while she never set out to make New York-style pizza, that’s the style Dough Hands is closest to: light, crispy bases with a good char.

Their cult classics include the Jode, with its salty-sweet tomato base, blobs of stracciatella, ‘nduja and hot honey, which Time Out ranked number seven in its list of the best pizzas in the world. They’ve also given a new lease of life to tuna on pizza with their Calabrian Chilli Tuna, finished with basil and lemon.

On Thursday 3 December, Hannah and the Dough Hands team are coming to Bleecker Seven Dials Market. Expect a brand-new burger and fries, built the Bleecker way with Dough Hands’ signature flavour.

What’s on the menu? Coming soon.

Charity

All profits from the special menu will go to Hackney Foodbank, chosen by Hannah. It’s a charity we know well, having supported them during our collab with Koya. Hackney Foodbank has been supporting local people in crisis or trapped in poverty since 2012, with the aim of a hunger-free Hackney, where everyone can afford to eat.
