On Tuesday 24th March 2026, Bleecker is back competing in the National Burger Awards 2026, one of the UK’s biggest burger competitions, where chefs from across the country cook live in front of industry judges to win National Burger of the Year.
The awards bring together restaurants, pubs, street food traders and QSR brands, with finalists judged on flavour, consistency, cooking and overall execution during a live cook-off in London. This year’s final takes place at Big Penny Social, with 16 finalists competing for the title.
Returning after winning in 2024
We won National Burger of the Year 2024 with the Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and we’re back again in 2026 to compete with the same burger. The Bacon Double is made with:
- 2 dry-aged beef patties
- Melted American cheese
- Crispy bacon
- Onion
- House sauce
- Toasted sesame seed bun
