Bleecker x Mamapen
Our last one-night-only collab of 2025…For one night only, we’re teaming up with one of London’s most exciting kitchens: Mamapen.
When Mamapen founder, Kaneda, named Bleecker one of the best burgers in London on Topjaw, it opened the door to this collaboration – the perfect way to close out our 2025 collab series.
Led by Cambodian-born chef Kaneda Pen, Mamapen is Central London’s only Cambodian restaurant, holding a permanent residency at The Sun & 13 Cantons in Soho. Kaneda’s CV includes Aqua Kyoto, Flank, and East London favourite From The Ashes BBQ – and his menu is all about Cambodian BBQ and comfort food: playful, unfussy, and full of flavour.
Mamapen has been featured by Topjaw, Time Out London, Observer Food Monthly, and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch – and most recently, Kaneda won the East & South East Asian Food award at the 2025 Be Inclusive Hospitality Spotlight Awards (13 October 2025).
On Thursday 27th November, Kaneda and the Mamapen team join us at Bleecker Seven Dials Market for a one-night-only collaboration. Expect a new, limited burger and fries built the Bleecker way with Mamapen’s edge.

Menu
The Phnom Penh Stack
The burger features Mamapen founder, Kaneda’s, Drunken Master XO sauce – a sauce he’s been refining for years, made from dried shrimp, smoked bacon and Lap Cheong sausage. For this collab, it’s blended with mayo to soften the heat and pair perfectly with our beef patty, American cheese, onion, house sauce and Mamapen’s Panko Pork Toast – Kaneda’s signature dish, transformed to work inside a burger – all between our signature sesame seed bun.
The Sweet Chilli Crisp Fries
Bleecker double-cooked fries, topped with Kaneda’s Sweet Chilli Crisp mayo – a sauce originally created for Mamapen’s first ever pub residency. It brings intentional sweetness from sweet soy sauce, inspired by the same nostalgic hit of a McChicken Sandwich – with Lao Gan Ma chilli crisp for gentle heat and moreish flavour.
Charity
This isn’t just about incredible food, it’s also about giving back.
All profits from both the burger and fries will go directly to supporting the Refugee Council, a UK charity helping people who’ve fled war, violence and persecution to rebuild their lives. They provide housing and education support, employment advice, mental health services and community programmes that help refugees find safety, stability and belonging.
