Our first one-night-only collaboration of 2026 is coming up – and this time, we’re teaming up with one of the most exciting live-fire kitchens in London: Bab Haus.
Founded in 2019 by chef Leyli Homayoonfar, Bab Haus is an award-winning, female-led food business built around bold flavour, cooking over fire, and the stories that food carries. Drawing inspiration from Mexican street kitchens and Texas barbecue traditions, Bab Haus is all about slow cooking, smoke, spice and generous plates designed to be shared.
At its heart is a close-knit team of women – Leyli alongside Rebecca Goad and Leyli’s sisters, Sophia and Soraya Homayoonfar – shaping Bab Haus into more than a food brand. Every dish reflects a chef-driven approach that blends technical skill with soulful, deeply personal flavour.
On Thursday 19th March 2026, the Bab Haus team will be joining us at Bleecker Seven Dials Market for a one-night-only collaboration. Expect a brand-new burger and fries, built the Bleecker way with Bab Haus’s signature live-fire edge

This collaboration isn’t just about the food – it’s also about giving back.
All profits from the special menu on the night will be donated to Velindre Cancer Centre and Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales, supporting life-saving cancer care and specialist treatment for children and families across Wales.
