Our Cheeseburger has been named the second best burger in the world – and the best burger in the UK – by World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants!
The judges praised our focus on the fundamentals: “premium beef, precise cooking, and a straightforward presentation.” It was “probably the best burger patty [they] have tried in the last 12 months.”
Our cheeseburger is made up of: a dry-aged beef patty (aged at least 40 days, from UK native breed cattle), American cheese (chosen because it melts perfectly and complements the beef), onion, and our house-made house sauce, all in a toasted sesame seed bun.
From starting in a food truck at Old Spitalfields Market in 2012 to now ranking among the best burgers in the world, still independent and still 100% Commitment to the Burger. Huge thanks to our team and everyone who’s eaten with us along the way.
