We’re back with another unmissable chef collab, and this time, we’re teaming up with the brilliant Luke Farrell and his cult restaurant Speedboat Bar.

If you’ve eaten at Speedboat, you’ll know the deal: late-night Bangkok Chinatown vibes, bold flavours, and that perfect mix of chilli, acid, and spice that keeps you coming back for more. It’s Luke’s second restaurant after the Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Plaza Khao Gaeng, and it’s already become a Soho institution – complete with whisky sodas, cold Singha, and Thai pop and rock beats.

Luke’s culinary story is as exciting as his menus. He originally trained as a chef in the UK, before heading across Southeast Asia to hone his craft nearly two decades ago, all while cultivating seeds and cuttings from his travels at his family’s farm in Dorset. That work allows him to recreate the vibrant, regional cuisines of Thailand and beyond here in the UK – a dedication that’s made him one of the most exciting chefs cooking in London right now.

On Thursday 25th September, Luke and the Speedboat team are joining us at Bleecker Seven Dials Market for a one-night-only collab, where you’ll find a brand-new burger and fries on the menu. We’re not revealing the details just yet – but trust us, you’ll want to be at the front of the queue.
