O’ver: As authentic a Neapolitan-style pizza you’ll get in London. They use seawater which really boosts the flavour.
Where are you desperate to try in London Bridge?
OMA: One of the nicest and hardest working people in the industry: David Carter. He’s smashed it with Smokestak and Manteca, so I’m sure he will have here too. The breads look phenomenal.
Best coffee spot in London Bridge?
Monmouth: Probably my first ever specialist coffee was drunk here on a Saturday morning back in the ‘00s. Always a selection of fresh beans for a pour over coffee, just decide quickly and don’t hold up the queue.
