Favourite meal at Bleecker?
A Double Cheeseburger, because you can tell it’s good quality, juicy and mouth watering. I like a side of fries and a classic Black & White shake too.
The Rake: What I believe to be birthplace of ‘craft beer’ in England, or at least the pub that opened up the doors for me. It’s very small, but their selection of beer is unparalleled. Keep an eye out for one of their frequent tap takeovers.
O’ver: As authentic a Neapolitan-style pizza you’ll get in London. They use seawater which really boosts the flavour.
OMA: One of the nicest and hardest working people in the industry: David Carter. He’s smashed it with Smokestak and Manteca, so I’m sure he will have here too. The breads look phenomenal.
Monmouth: Probably my first ever specialist coffee was drunk here on a Saturday morning back in the ‘00s. Always a selection of fresh beans for a pour over coffee, just decide quickly and don’t hold up the queue.
