We hand-cut all our fries. All the fries are double-fried and served crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Our signature house sauce is made with the perfect amount of ketchup, mayo and mustard and a secret spice mix.
We don’t use heat lamps at Bleecker, so when you order your fries, they are cooked fresh to order.
