We hand-cut all our fries. All the fries are double-fried and served crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
our blue cheese sauce is made in-house with Stilton. Paired with hot sauce our angry fries have a similar flavour profile as buffalo wings.
We don’t use heat lamps at Bleecker, so when you order your fries, they are cooked fresh to order.
