Bleecker x George Motz : Back in London

In 2017, George Motz brought his Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger to Bleecker Victoria for the very first time. In 2022 he brought it back to Bleecker Bloomberg, and the queue snaked through Bloomberg Arcade all evening.

This summer, the burger legend is back.

On Wednesday 25th June, George returns to Bleecker Bloomberg Arcade to cook the burger that made him a global name: the Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger - a thin beef patty smashed directly into shaved onions on a hot grill. The edges go crisp, the onions caramelise into the meat, the cheese melts straight onto the crust.

4-5pm: VIP event - tickets sold out.

5-8pm: Public event.
