What beef do you use?
Grass-fed, dry-aged for at least 40 days, from Aubrey Allen Butchers.
Is Bleecker beef halal?
In Westfield, Soho and Baker Street the beef is halal. In all other sites, the beef is not halal. Find out more about our halal beef and processes here.
Is your beef stunned before slaughter?
Yes, all our beef at Bleecker is stunned before slaughter, including our halal options.
What bacon does Bleecker use? Is it halal?
It is a non-halal, pork product.
What is in a Symplicity Burger?
A Symplicity patty is made of beetroot, mushroom and onion.
It’s the best non-meat burger we’ve tried.
Do you have gluten-free buns?
We do not offer a gluten-free bun, but we recommend a lettuce wrap in this instance. We have very small kitchens which means that we cannot guarantee that our food is 100% free from any allergens. Explore our Allergy Guide here.
What oil do you use?
Our burgers are not fried in oil. Our fries and Symplicity patty are fried in rapeseed oil, ensuring they’re fully vegetarian, with no meat fried in the same oil.
What are House Fries?
Fries with House Sauce.
Our House Sauce is a mix of ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickle juice and secret spices.
What are Angry Fries?
Fries with hot sauce and blue cheese sauce.
They have a similar flavour profile to Buffalo Wings.
What are Angry House Fries?
Fries with hot sauce and House Sauce.
What is the Black & White Shake?
Half chocolate, half vanilla.
A New York classic and our signature shake.
What ice cream goes into our shakes?
We spent a long time developing our very own ice cream that serves as the base for our shakes – we call it ‘Bleecker Soft Serve’.
Where can I find a Bleecker?
Are Westfield, White City and Baker Street halal restaurants?
No. Even though the beef Bleecker serves is halal, the restaurant is not halal because Bleecker sells non-halal products such as pork and alcohol.
Do you take bookings?
No, we are walk-in or click & collect only, but tables generally move quickly.
However, if you’d like to reserve a space for a group within Seven Dials Market, you can do so directly through their booking system here. Please note this is for seating in the shared market area, not inside the Bleecker Seven Dials Market restaurant itself.

Do you provide calorie information for your menu items?
Currently, we do not provide detailed calorie information for our menu items. As a small business, we are not legally required to publish this data.
Are Bleecker’s locations dog-friendly?
Absolutely! Most of our locations are dog-friendly, except for Westfield and Seven Dials. So feel free to bring your four-legged friend along.
Will the Bleecker 'At Home' kits be coming back?
At the moment, we don’t have plans to bring them back.

Who owns Bleecker and do we franchise?
Bleecker is owned by former NYC corporate lawyer, Zan Kaufman, who moved to London in 2012 and started it up.
We’re not currently franchising.
