On Wednesday 1st March, we will be donating all profits from all our restaurants to mental health charity Changing Horizons. This will fund training within hospitality, in memory of our founder Zan Kaufman’s late brother Mark, who died in 2017.
Over the last two years, over fifty individuals have completed the course, including employees at Bleecker, KERB, Fallow, Elliots, PuttShack and more, from the profits donated.
The funds raised this year will continue providing these training courses to as many people as possible working in hospitality, to seed the training within the industry which Mark loved.
Stu Skinner from Changing Horizons will be giving a 15-minute introduction to the charity and the course, starting at 10:45am at Bleecker Bloomberg, aimed at industry leaders looking to give their team this life-changing course.
