When it Makes Sense to Eat a Tofu Burger
The tofu burger, a soy based monstrosity that people who don’t eat meat and lean more vegan tend to love, often has a limited number of takers. However, there are times it makes sense to eat a tofu burger.
These times are usually when you don’t want a full burger for a meal and would prefer something that has the same size and consistency of a hamburger but less heaviness. It’s also when you need a break from red meat or, as mentioned before, don’t eat meat at all. There are some hamburger establishments who have actually mastered the tofu burger, giving this completely remastered piece of meat an entirely new identity.
If you can find a place that serves excellent tofu burgers, take advantage of it, as they are hard to find. That said, if you are only eating a tofu burger for a change of pace, as opposed to a dietary restriction, have one and call it a day before going back to beef.
